5. order tracking
For your orders you will get a order confirmation email, shipping confirmation email, and a tracking number. We do not provide individual updates on your order during the fulfillment process. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation or tracking number 7-10 days after placing your order then please contact us via email and we will email you in the morning. Please make sure that you email the correct email attached to your order.

☆ shipping confirmation emails will be sent moments after the shipping label is created. Please note that once you get the shipping confirmation email your package is still in my possession. Please give up to 24-48 hours (excluding sundays & holidays) for your package to arrive USPS facility for the later shipping process

☆ after receiving your shipping confirmation email your package will still be in my possession so please give up to 24-48 hours for your package to arrive USPS facility. Once there then you can track your package withe the tracking number sent via email from the shipping confirmation email. If you do not receive your tracking number 7-10 days after (excluding sundays & holidays) then please contact us through the correct email provided in contact us.
6. lost / stolen package
Even though we try our hardest to provide the best service for you all please note that anything that happens to your package moments after it arrives to the USPS facility is out of our hands. It is in USPS hands to provide a safe and timely delivery. If the rare event that your package gets lost or stolen then please submit a missing mail search request at MissingMail.USPS.com
7. wrong address disclaimer
We respectfully ask that you carefully verify and double-check the shipping address you gave during the checkout process to make sure your shipment is delivered to the proper address. We are unable to change the delivery address once an item has been received by USPS, which is unfortunate in order to prevent delivery disputes and preserve delivery proof.
